This Sitar Tuning Tool (known as a narika in Hindi) is extremely helpful for tuning the sympathetic strings on the sitar. This particular unit is carved from hardwood. The shape of the ending fits snugly over the sympathetic string peg, allowing for more control and precision when tuning.

Great tuning tool

As my Sitar that I purchased is brand new, turning those pegs on the sympathetic strings was quite a job. This tool made it so very easy to do so. I hd a great time dealing with Old Delhi Music as well. Goos customer service and a very friendly staff. I'll do much more business with this company in the future.
