Old Delhi Music is a small business run by a few mindful folks intent on making the worlds very best Indian folk instruments available to customers in North America and beyond. We do our honest best to curate a selection of instruments we feel good about, but if you don't love anything you buy from us, we don't want you to feel stuck with it. In the case you wish to exchange or return something you have purchased from us, the following policies apply

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days from the day you receive your instrument. Beyond this, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only standard items may be refunded. We cannot refund purchases of products that have been highly customized per customer request. This policy excludes standard tuning or tuning to A440, but includes tuning to A432 and other less common calibrations.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We will replace all standard items or parts if they are defective or otherwise damaged. B-stock and used instruments are not replaceable but still eligible for exchange. If you need to exchange any item, please send us an email at
